Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer one standard shipping option within the Continental United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimated and begin once your order has shipped. Please note that delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).


Shipping Locations

HerbatintUSA.com ships to addresses within the continental United States, (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico). At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at inquiries@bioforceusa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and resolve the matter promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Herbatint USA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
